How do I book a tasting?

You can book by filling out the form under our Services tab, emailing us at savorwineco@gmail.com, or calling 623-282-2724. In our initial chat, we’ll talk about your goals for the tasting (celebrating something special? hoping to learn something new?), get to know your group, and discuss any wine preferences you have.

How long does a tasting last?
Most tastings run about 90 minutes. Since every event is customized, we can adjust the timing to fit your schedule.

What’s included in a tasting?
Every tasting includes:

A custom-curated wine list of 4 wines

All necessary glassware
-
Tasting materials
Any leftover wine stays with your group to enjoy.
You can add extra bottles, or a charcuterie board for an additional fee.

How far will Savor Wine Co. travel?

We’re based in Central Phoenix and typically travel within a 30-mile radius. Requests outside that range are considered individually and may include a travel fee.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it—plans change!

Cancellations: Cancel at least 7 days before your event for a 90% refund. Cancellations after that window forfeit the tasting fee.

Reschedules: You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your event. Requests within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the tasting fee.

Is tipping expected?
Not at all- but it’s always appreciated!
How much does a tasting cost?
Pricing depends on group size and experience:

Up to 6 guests: $375 + tax

Up to 12 guests: $525 + tax

Larger groups: Additional fees may apply
